What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact support@jinnybay.com and notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, you can. If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact support@jinnybay.com

Can I track my order?

Yes, We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

When will I receive my items?

All items are produced and dispatched from our factory within 4 - 7 business days of purchase. Standard delivery times apply. Click on the tracking information included in the confirmation email to view shipping details and timelines. International orders may take longer to arrive due to your country's customs regulations.  Where is my item?

You will see the status of your order by clicking on the tracking details link in the delivery confirmation email (which you will receive when your product is shipped). Or simply enter your order number into the tracking package link in the support section of our website.

Are credit cards accepted for international orders?

We do accept credit card payments in the United States we accept wire payments as well. But at this time we shipping only in the USA.

What methods of payment does one accept?

Do you accept PayPal?

No, we don't accept PayPal at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time we ship only in the USA.  Please review our shipping policy for more details.

What proportion does it cost to ship to my country?

Please contact us as soon as you discover that you simply have made a mistake. If we catch the difficulty before the item goes into production, we will make the change. Remember, we attempt to send out your product ASAP so act fast!

What's your return/exchange policy?

If you would like to return an item to jinnybay.com, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Pack the goods securely in the first package that came with the goods. All the items must be returned in good condition. If received damaged products, please contact customer service.

 What happens if the item was “Returned to Sender”?

If your order has been listed as “undeliverable” and returned back to us, we'll ship the package to you at no additional cost

What happens if my item is damaged?

If your item is defective or defective in any way on our part, we will replace it at no additional charge. Damaged goods cannot be returned. If we are unable to exchange an item due to inventory issues, we will refund or resend you a similar item of your choice.

What happens if my item is broken after washing?

We strongly recommend that you read the washing instructions on the packing slip for your product. The design is built to last after many successful washes. Design should not survive abuse. If you think your product is defective, please contact us at support@jinnybay.com

 What do I do if I receive the incorrect product or my product is defective?

If this happens, we are very sorry. Email us at support@jinnybay.com and tell us your order number and how we do it. We will take care of you and cover all costs so that you get the right product. We will send you a replacement item and purchase your shipment to return it to us. We are human and we make mistakes. We will confirm to fix the problem as soon as possible!
